when i start my pc up i get this error any 1 no wht it is?

Its basically saying you've got a file missing called geEWQjjJa.dll

o.O geEWQjjJa.dll looks like a Virus DLL, check your system.
Look at your TaskManager for rundll.exe, if it running Kill it and test the Installation again.

gEWQjjJa.dll is not a valid .DLL for any files that should be contained in APPDATA and so as Coly rightly pointed out, its a trojan .dll

As your runnign Vista goto control panel and run the problem reports and solutions, get it to run a full system check.

Once you've done that then run windows defender.

The Problem atm is, some Trojan/Virus Download Tools you get very easy over the internet and no Antivirus System Know the Loader. Most loader Hack the WinLogon System and install it self as a special Service and latter it Download many Virus, Trojan, Worms... with I have say, look for a process called Rundll, this need the loader and watch the system, if you install things then you use normaly the rundll process, and automaticaly activate the Virus ;-) . You have Clean up the Temp and the virus don't find anymore the other dll in Temp. look in your System Folder and check if you have dlls like gEWQjjJa.dll very unknow.
