ther is no 100% translated server files 4 1.4 or 1.9 mir that i am aware of, some1 corrected me if im rong.

you can find small parts of ASCII strings somewere
that no one has no idea wtf they are about :P

its Chinese

there are no korean in any of the server files that we have

and there are no 100% english server files and there never will be
