Game resolution problems!

Hi,

Im having a problem with the game. I can load the game in window mode fine but i keep clicking off screen like a nub and its annoying me :/ but when the game is in full screen it has 2 wide black bars either side of the screen and its the same as window mode! Does any1 know how to stretch it to full screen? I can find any posts to solve this!

try this Right click on desktop and select "Graphics Properties". It will bring up a large box. Turn down the Resolution to 1024 x 768 and apply it.
This will make your desktop shrink to the size of the Mir screen.
Then select "Scaling" on the same box and select "Scale Full Screen", apply.
This will now bring the desk top and Mir to full screen.
The desk top will look a bit odd so change the resolution again back to 1366x768, apply.

if you have an nvidia graphics card, you need to right click desktop -> NVIDIA control panel ->Adjust desktop size and position. Now set the scaling mode to "Full-screen"

You don't need to change your desktop resolution, but the setting above will only work when in fullscreen mode. Mir is natively 4:3. It's not made to be a widescreen game, so it will be square when playing in window mode.

If you play in virtual machine like in vmware player, you can set it so your mouse is not allowed to leave the game window unless you press ctlr-alt

Happened to me all the time, when running I'd ride mouse outside the game window and my char would stop running.
