i need your help.
my character was either hacked or have been changed.
First, my character's name is not the same it has been changed to UserguideO9 instead of Userguide09 the zero was changed to letter "O". Thus, resulting in my character to level 1.
Second, all my gold and items are gone.
lastly, all the gems in my store are fairly acquired. hunted them in sub bosses.
really hope you could bring back my character.
