your just looking for spam and flames. if you want to be on a team people want to know what you can do. if you've just come from euromir and expecting to get in a team i highly doubt anyone will want you. please state what experience you have with private servers.

If you have no expierence and want to be on a server team simply make your own server or always read/post in server help learn about the files download them try things out like npc making, mob making, map making and maybe a team will take you when your good at a certain thing.

GM
Its very hard as a GM (on someone elses Server) to just stand there typing to people with problems, if they cannot get in game, they are going to post on the forums - In game the most asked questions are:
Can you Spawn me XXX
Can you make me XXX
Can you Teleport me to XXX
Can you help me level
This is called Corruption and is not need - you say you wont do it, but you will, GM is not as glam as you think it might be tbh.
MOD
A Mod on a forum (normal Mod) is failry restricve actually - you cannot Ban people only close posts, move posts and so forth.
Admin
I honestly dont think ANYBODY in there right mind is going to make someone who they have never met or know a admin on the forum.
My Advice (repeating everybody else - but hey)
The only way your going to be a GM on a server is if you make your own, simple as that. If you want to Admin a forum, again $6 a month will buy you decent web space and you can admin all you like on there.
People ask me to be Admin / Mod / GM etc on various server but there is a slight difference - I know Mir3 inside out, I know forum software inside out, Im trusted (or I hope I am) not to go on a rampage on the server or the Forum. You going to have to Prove to the world that you are a Expert in MIR3 and/or a forum - just coming on LOMCN (or any forum) and asking is not going to get your very far tbh..

People want Gm so they can level fast (uber fast eh) and get al the best kit - but there lies the problem, with all the best kit, Gm powers and God mode, like not a single mob is a problem to kill, the fun in this is?? Like I said 2.9 used to need a lot of GM's to spawn mobs for events but JOB features a lot of commands which allow a server host to write such a event - which is 100 times easier by just clikcing a NPC like.
The more GM's you have (exp unknown one's) - the more chance one of them will help his/her mates to level, give out kit etc. Most server Hosts tend to keep the GM list small for that very reason. Although I am GM on a few servers (I think anyhow, I forget these days) - its for pure helping out and testing of bugs.
