u just get a sprite sheet.. put it in macromedia flash... onion skin it .... la de da u have a sprite....
if u used ps same technique dnt say its harder..

lol yeha the placement is 0.3 the other is doing it... anyways its fun to do sprites.. maybe u shud try put them in a animation u shud be able to get movement sprites make it running across a landscape sig maybe?
