Well . im in year 10 and i received my current grades and my potential grades , so im wondering how did they make my current grade? as i given no tests etc... also how accurate is the potention grades?(got quite a few B's)
current grades is the work you've done on coursework as far as i can recall. potential grades are not accuarate.
Dont no y thy give potential grades i got fk all wot thy thought i cuda got still did ok though. Not arsed GCSE's was a waste ov time imo aint eva needed em n im still doin wot i wanted to do (painter n decorator) so =/. Spose if u wanna go uni or w/e thn ull prob need good 1s.
You could have an awesome day/week for exams and do much better than your expected grades, but at the same time you could have a shít day/week of exams and do worse than your expected grades.

they are usually taken from your last school exams. like SATS. then compared to your working grades. usually always you go up atleast 1 grade in your tests.

On Maths: From your A* on coursework, you already have a D, so even if you dont do the exam you have a D.

afaik college in ireland, is the same as UNI over here, but you fnish secondary schoolo a year before we do over here. (I have a cousin from ireland who goes to uni over here, and she is a year younger than most ppl in her year, so meh)
Tis fun talking about uni and stuff, cos over here college is a pre-uni thing over here, and my dad gets confused when we mention college, cos he thinks of it as uni, whereas we (me/bro) thing of it as pre-uni.
