curious problem this, let me see if can explain:
Guild ranks for guild leader are not editable, nor can characters be moved about in the edit screen. There is a message at the top of the edit screen which says guild members cannot be added or deleted.
Let me say what has been tried:
Made new guild, rank changes worked fine....copied and pasted all the guild text file contents from old guild to new, rebooted server, problem with guild rank edit screen reappeared.
Tried other mir3.exe files which thought they allowed you to log on did not change the above situation.
Deleted entire root directory and replaced with a leaders entire root directory who didnt have the problem with their guild, made no difference to problem.
Server owner has GM guild, no problem with her changing ranks etc in her guild, logs into mine and has same problem as me.
Soooo question is: Is there a tag/toggle switch to turn on to allow this guild to change ranks again?
This used to only happen to one guild now it appears there is two so would really appreciate it if someone had a fix rather than the awkwardness of making new guild and readding members in manually :/
