Head Still Visable

Hey, ive got blams files and i wanted to make myself look like a hen in game so i made a new base layer but set the shape number to the one for a hen in blams shape file. It works when i put the hen base layor on in game but my head is still there above the hen. Any fix would be awesome!!!!

Thnx the command didnt work but i used a hair cut npc and its worked first time!
