You need to frist create a blank .mdb file in access. Now go into SQL and Export, leave the source as is and on the destination page scroll right up and select "Driver Do Microsoft Access (*.mdb). The first time you do it you need to create a new Data Source so click the box NEW, leave the first option as machine dependant, on the 2nd page select Driver Do Microsoft Access (*.mdb) click next. click browse and select the folder where you saved your blank DB. Give you data source a filename and save it.

On this page Under Databases click select and navigate to your empty db. Every other time you do it on the Destination page select FILE DSN and navigate it to your data source

i think the amount of users is capped if using access with TD's 2.3 files, to maybe 3?

yes jasper said a correct thing.. if u actually modify the server to work with ms access u will have a user limit set to 3.. dont ask me why.. best if u do what the others said.. export to mdb.. work on mdb as much as u want them re-import over the original db and write in the new info.. i do the same but i work on txt or sometimes excel.. very handy when u need to copy a lot of things and change a lot of settings in a few minutes..

I'd say without doubt Access, but personal preference is most important thing really. Try out a few diff ways. Excel and Text files are good ways like Mstation said
