help cannot create char.!

yeh so i load eiserver.exe all loads smooth i make new account go on goto make new char and i press da tick button and it says... "????? ?????????? ??" in a box that pops up i click ok and it returns, can nebody help me with this?
and in DBserver i get some msg to do with TBL_character
