help open ports and ip configuration

hi all, I have created a mir server version 3.55, and I would like to know how to put on to let in the people (my friends), could someone explain to me that I have to put ips in sql, pubips, selectgateips mir3server .. .. so we must also open the ports that are the 7000, 7100, 7200 if I remember correctly, and tried to open the Internet and e not done anything, would greatly appreciate your help, thanks in advance.
