hi i just got the clent files off and i dunno wtf to do to get it so i can play on pri servers.. can anyone help.. thx all hope you can

Help Setting Up To Play

ok m8 ill help
now if u just want to play other people server fiels what u have to do and need
easiest way to do this is to install all the client files to a directory i.e C:\EIServer
make sure they all install right and that should be fine
then go to a website such ass www.gothic-serv.co.uk and download all the updates and install them as it says
those updates are large so might need to leave it on over night or something
then look in the folder for files named mir3.ini mir.ini and mir3setup and mir4setup .inis
in all of those change the ip addresses to the private servers 1 and the name to the servers name
then make sure uve got the right mir.exe
correct size is about 685kb ill send if needs be
next u need to install mir 2 1.4 from legendofmir.net
1ce thats d/l and installed go to the inis in that folder and input the ip addresses into there, then click mir2.exe; u might need a new mir.exe for that aswell that file should b 765 kb
double click that and it should cum up wid mir2 login screen; create an account on that and that is ure mir3 username password
go back to ei folder and double click the mir.exe and it should load ei
input ure username password and you should be off
