help with GT npc's

Hi can anyone help me with this problem im useing LOMCNM2 2.3 server files

server is running fine but there is no npc's in the gt's i added a GTAdmin and gtteleporter to my tbl-npc dbase
but there is only two npc's there and its in gt4 and not in any other gt's
ive noticed that in the tbl_mapinfo the fld_flags are set as GT(1) to GT(10) is this why the maps
are not showing the npcs in maps GA0 -GA1-GA2 and GA3
i also tried to add the GT(1) in the tbl_npc under fld_flag but gets a error every time i do that

any help would be awesome thx
