help with running game on a new install

it downloaded fine and now when i doubleclick launcher it does nothing at all and the game does not launch.
its a windows 10 pc and im running the game as an administrator and in windows 8 compatibility.

any thought or suggestions guys?

Why would you run it in Windows 8 compatibility when it's designed to run on Windows 10?

cause it did not run under windows 10 - but i got it working so its all good

How did you get it to work? I have the same issue now.

I've just installed the game and had the same issue. I tried installing some of the suggestions on the download page (Direct X etc.) and did a reboot.

That seems to have done the trick
