Basically when i fight 1v1 or just a few people i'm probz one of fastest in game yet when massive group fights i seem to lag to hell with massive catch up, before you say get better pc my pc is well capable of playing this i can play CoD online fine with none of this crap. Could someone link me with Newest direct X and anything else you may know that causing this thankyou.

Also just found out when i run into sz and it says "enter safezone" i seem to feel like i have heavy bag weight sloes me right down :|

If windows 7 then max Direct X is v11 I think...

Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date...

Play in windowed mode.

If still no joy with all of the above... Get a better graphics card? lol

It's easy saying get a new graphics card etc but not a lot of us can afford one due to having bills to pay, I for one play on my laptop as I don't have a desktop so I can't upgrade my graphics card.

We haven't had no real explanation or answer as to why this is actually happening!

You running on XP by anychance? I had the same issues, 1v1 np super fast, soon as there was alot of mobs or spells going on laaaaag, I got bord and just play on win7 now seems fine, just relie or more skill then speed whn it comes to 1v1s

I can't explain unfortunately it is something to do with your setup... Some users with worse specs than others are running fine...

I can only speculate...

If:
- your drivers are completely up to date
- your not using the acpi mod you would use on other servers
- your direct x is up to date
- your playing in windowed mode
- your using win 7

Then it can only really come down to your hardware... I would be interested to know what gfx card people are actually using e.g nvidia or radeon (what ever they are).

I get odd lagg when going in/out of sz and odd times when encountering large groups everything you have listed is right. Stats are

Win 7 64bit ultimate
Mobo: Sabretooth z77
CPU: i5 3570k @4ghz
Ram: 16gb corsair dominator DDR3 1866mhz
Graphics: Nvidia gtx670 windforce x2
Hdd: Intel SSD 520
Monitor: Benq XL2411t (res 1080p freq 144hz)

Doesnt seem to be a hardware issue as still get the lagg even when I have Tera open on another screen and that doesnt lagg. I also experience those random client freezes.

I can't explain it tbh... I have a similar setup and I don't lag in groups/sz's

And I did get client freezes but not on the latest client...

Just so everyone is aware, if you rename mir2.dat to Mir.exe then patch the client... Mir.exe is not updated lol... A new mir2.dat is created
