or il be a nice guy and tell him...
If your doing a 2.3 server go to your TBL_STDITEMS in your enterprise manager and go all the way to the bottom and put a number that is +1 than the one above like if the one above was 2 then put the number 3 etc. Then go into the next box and put a name for your item and the rest is just test. Not much of a help but helps.
