Right, after having to go through everyones point of view, i've come to a discussion.
Yes the server isn't perfect but you must understand that this is his first time running/hosting a server. He has still alot to learn.
Before the last character wipe aka in beta testing, i was a GM known as Kira. I was caught giving my normal character a godpara and godpro, then i was removed but the only reason i was put as gm was because i offered to help and i made the quest/rank level/item renamer. After i was removed as gm due to my "corruptness", aday after, Jam (host) made half of the people gms and let them give away 500 lvls and gm kits, so he can hardly talk. Thats what really pissed me off.
The server isn't fair. I think the server is run by kids who hve a lot to learn! The classes aint fair either. IM NOT MOANING, im pointing out things that others have said but gms arent taking note of these, they want it their way not the players way.
Server had a couple of charater whipes due to jam giving out gms and corrupting all the time so i've seen/heard. Theres probably 5-7 gms, ive seen plently.But aparently this is the last wipe as its out of beta, so lets hope so. And reboots do take long but let's not be too hard on him, its his time put into it, so lets appricate that its up for publicity. Poison is still ingame but not as hard as before as taos got to lvl 80+ in a day! Wizards have a lot of mass spells so they always on top but thats exactl same with other fast lvling servers. Currently after chara wipe, i've seen 1-2 taos at lvl 80... 3-5 wizards at lvl 80 and 2-3 warriors at 80.. so if you look at it, server is finally put together.
GMs are mouthy and they use GM shout to talk to eachother most of the time, so i sugguest they stop that coz its spamming and annoying, if they wanna talk to eachother, use the whisper, its there for a reason. And what else is that you really need to think about what your doing before you do it. Take notes of your players sugguestion coz thats how the server will get better. Its not gonna get far if you only make the sever the way you want it. SO be fair. Don't get mouthy and let the players do things themselfs instead of helping them. All i know is that the server is corrupt.
But the most important question is.. is that.. is this the server you would like to play? If not then stop moaning and posting useless threads coz your making the thread look rubbish. The people who play, fair enough post in here but stop with the moaning because theres no use as the gms dont take note of what people say. as i said before they want to run the server the way they want it. so dont waste your time.
