right, I made a flash button so when you click it it goes to:

http://www.pyraine.co.uk/graphics.html target="mainframe"

and my frame HTML is:

<iframe src="http://www.pyraine.co.uk/home.html" width="563" height="356" frameborder="0" name="maineframe" allowTransparency="true" target="_self" style="border: 0px solid #000000"></iframe>

and it simply refuses to work, could someone please correct this for me?

I *really* recommend not using iframes.. they only cause messes and incompatiblity with clients.. if you need content to change alot for your website in one spot, try using php.

I've always used them, and they've always been a great success, just I haven't used them for too long and I forget how the coding goes...take leos site for example..brilliant! uses iFrames
