now that you guys have items up to a much higher level than euro ever did, have you ever though about increasing the exp rate slightly?

this would solve alot of issues, and im sure would bring back alot of players who got to the mid 40's and stopped playing due the proper slow exp rate you guys have got lol

you have content ingame that is barely used (jinchon/mysteryship/hellcave/ orcs? to a certain extent) and if the exp rate is kept the same will continue to go to waste as 90% of the server will never level past 46ish

alot of caves imo are not worth hunting in now after the exp changes to numa/omalair, i dont think since the changes ive actually gone anywhere else other than bdd (and even this is just to kill the boss's)

i might also add that an exp increase across the board would make most players happy, and would get players hunting and you guys would get less moans because of this.

Nice to see a message nicely constructed without raging, you raise some fair points but down to gms ^^

I've said similar, especially for lower levels.

Should make the starting levels up to around 22ish easier now - I don't mean so it takes 10min to get to 22, but just a slight boost.
They're already working on the boot for levels under 40 which is good.
These two changes will help bring in new players and bring players back that quit at low levels.

They should be looking, for the next expansion on changing the "average" level to 50+ish, therefore making the levels from 40ish slightly easier. Again, nothing too drastic but making it seem less of a slog.
By doing this, you'll also have places with better exp for the now higher levels to go level and continue to keep their gap. So say those who are like 50 now (The hard core levellers), would become 55 whilst most others are at 50. If that makes sense!

I think! Yes i can...

The sustem thats coming for <38 could also be implemented for Xlevel.

One of the problems we have is that once your level 33 you tend to hit the same things over and over forever.

What if things like PSC gave +2k exp per mob to level 44's
PT gave +2k per kill to 45's

This system would need refining of course but the issue in my eyes is that every level gets harder and harder with little to no new areas to exp...

If you think back 32-33 is slower than 33-34 because you access higher available exp(pre numa)

We need more of those situations imo

The early game in this Mir is actually quite decent and has my kudos, there is an abundance of caves, quests, and a general (though optional) progression line that gets you some gear, some flavour story, and well into the late level 20s fairly smoothly with diverse caves and mobs. It's not perfect but it's a heck of a lot better experience than it would be without.

The options/deadzone for me has been the 30-40 area with few changes of scenery and exp moving slow, however that said Sam mentioned in game that sub-38 mob exp is being boosted this Friday with the reboot (yay).

the EXP boost that's been mentioned for the next reboot, is this going to be against the overall EXP table or just make the exp better for mobs??
my concern is putting in this time now (asz im only level 36) for mobs exp to be increased on Friday. if it was the table to be increased I wouldn't mind hunting now, but as it stands thinking its just mobs exp changing I wont hunt/no incentive to do anything game wise.

It's mob wise.

From what I gather, it's just coding to say if character is under level38, then character gets extra 1.5 exp on top of current mob exp.

And only in certain caves

Aye mate, sam has said hes going to try sort one friday so that peeps have all weekend.

If you dont want to hunt you could always go cashing or mining or a few sub bosses.
Plenty to do aside from exping :)

What the hell are you on about.
There are a number of posts in the forum explaining about the planned exp boost. You have also been given an answer in this thread. Skyline gave you the answer, there was no need for us to reply.

I threat everyone the same so comments like this are really stupid.

To clear thing up, it is cave based as Skyline said, you will see no exp boost icon, you will gain more exp per kill if under level 40 then a player over level 40 in the same cave.

Yeah i know i could sub boss but on the char i want to level im only level 27, if they said they would amend the lower level exp table then it would be ok to carry on leveling as when you log back on its all added up an not just extra exp from mobs like x2 event. Ill wait until reboot on friday to make it more beneficial to myself when im back.

Are you all soloing or something? Got no mir hunt buddys? It's easy to get to 40 here if you don't solo level. Its even easier if you got higher level mates. It is a massivley multiplayer game which means groups not lots of solo ers.

but u are missing the point, level 40 is not hard to get, nor is level 40 where the boredom kicks in. the boredom kicks in after about level 44.

oh and i didnt know skyline was an admin for mir chronicles....

Level 40 is not hard for you to get to.

Alot of other players find it not so easy and only have an hour here or there to play the game
Without an exp boost for these players they will never have to chance to catch up

Every server has to add systems for lower level players at some stage in the life of the server

Well said BH, over last week I've only had 10minuets to log on, check TM

people like MirForMe probably just sit on their arse playing Mir all day long.. And only sparing couple hours a week to show up to their signing on book on date
