Instantly Disconnected, a quick response appreciated.

Hi everyone. my dad has a problem with his acem2 files... strange one... he can log into his account etc... get to char select click play it will say connecting and then instantly say disconnected from server.

Has anyone has this and know a fix or is he screwed?

Get him to disable his AntiVirus and retry, i've had some strange things happen with AntiVirus software from time to time.

or turn off speederxp (joke btw) if problem still there after anti virus fiddle repost ill try help

its a new windows install and was working earlier today he hasnt changed anything its just randomly doing it for some reason

Sounds like an old install and that he needs to update his client, we change our version numbers on most updates.
