Internet Exlporer

Hey, my internet explorer only shows up the first letter of each site/page on the blue bar at the top of the window, its quite annoying because when ive got ie minimised ive got lots of letters which i have to clikc to see wot they are.

any ideas?

yea but urban, u have to take into acount what computer people have firefox uses more ram up than internet explorer i believe.

There are other browsers are less resource intensive. I have no sympathy for people who who knowling use IE rather than something else, they know what can happen.

It all depends on the computer, IE is the only option for some people, because opera and ff are not exactly the most streamlined of apps.

Firefox on an older machine is quite slow, and without a lot of ram its memory leaks suck.

Opera is better on newer older machines, but as the machine gets older, it gets worse aswell.

i have firefox also, and the problem was also appearing on there. never mind asked for some help elsewhere and it worked.

I use FF on this system PII 233 256ram and its runs great
thats with Thunderbird open MSN with 2 chats open and 3 FF windows open
system is still running great

ps - I'm trying to get my school to use Firefox, but the system admin doesn't trust it (as open source) or just can't be arsed... >_<
