Suggestion Item converting feature

this feature converts type of items to other types of items. this is it in a few steps

choose from type to type
drop the from type items to the item cells
with the slide bar set the quality of the converted items result (higher takes longer but it's better level and quality) eg: drop a copper ring, with max slide bar it becomes a fierce dragon ring if it's set "from rings to rings"
there's progress bar that progresses with time, when 100% the items are converted
