JOB files, yus another thread :S

right before u start flaming and aving ago at me yes i have looked of constent forums for the job server files but since LS forum got closed down i cant seem to get um newhere.

now it seems that LS has reopend dosent have ne downloads there =/

ave even checked the link in kaori's post on xxXenaxx's thread they dont seem to work

so plz if ne1 knows of a link that can get me these files plz tell me... ave genuanly looked for days and cant find 1

Well I just checked Kaori thread - http://www.lomcn.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=26954 and they open for me. I dont host any files as I'm been watched by the ISP to make sure I dont break Copyright Law again - as I dont wish to Loose my Web site just so a few people can get the files - I wont be hosting them anymore.

A Hell of a lot of people downloaded the Server files (every version known to man) yet only Kaori is providing a link - what can I Say !!

It's weird why people just download and not mirror...

there's one release on chinese forum... said...

"Please mirror if you can" but...

Some people did mirror the files and I guess the bandwidth went crazy or something... or it's always 404 file not found...

The problem is thus - everybody wants the files, not everybody has access to a Web host and of course people who grabbed the files are now hosting there own servers. I was looking at the chinese sites and I've noticed a thing or two that they do. They have a credit system in place so if you want the files that bad you pay the host some dosh (like $1 or something) and this gives you 5 credits - ebough to grab a set of server files etc. While Im not one for making money out of files I found on another site - it sure would stem the Leeching that goes on.

My site when it was up and about never did too bad with bandwidth as I never provided a direct link and the people who got the files respected my wishes not to post direct links on other forums. The only other solution is to provide the chinese links as I find them but then people will struggle daft with converting it to english, if they have problems getting the server going, translating ti all to english and fixing bugs is out of the question I guess.

dam wish i did not use all the space on my website uploading the client on it i'll guess i'll try and upgrade and i'll put the server files on it.

k i have upload the server file i use but i had to dele the map folder in it to get it on my website here is the link
