lagg on own server due to not being set up correctly

Ok, when I use the Mir4.exe, when I spawn a mob I get a hell of a lot of lagg when the cursor is placed over the mob so when the info box comes up. When I use the old mir 3 exe that I used on fantasy server I cant see any of the items I have but I can move. any ideas?

i get loads of lag to. my mini maps dose not work i can only see some iteams i have no sound i can't go through doors.

looks like u have wrong or corrupted clientfiles
