Run the bloody launcher then.

you might need this http://www.zirconserver.com/Client/Launcher.zip copy it in to your zircon folder and replace the existing one that's how i fixed the problem you have this link and fix is in the help section ^^ : )

New Patcher: https://www.zirconserver.com/Client/Launcher.zip

Instealler: https://www.zirconserver.com/Client/Zircon Installer.exe

Both methods should now work if you update the Launcher.exe
