When you installed SQL you would of created a password.

In DBserver > dbsrc > SQLPassword= {Your password you used when you installed SQL}

Also M2Server > Setup > SQLPassword= {Your password you used when you installed SQL}

I think the reason it is not loggin you in because you need to set your password in the files i have posted above.

Yes correct, your m2server and maybe you dbserver isn't able to connect to MSSQL for whatever reason, wrong password usually.

might be that you not running the Service Manager
thats why i get that simler error
