One problem there atom all airport shops have been closed according to the news.

For now yes, but they will have to re-open. I seriously doubt they will permenantly close all Airport shops.

This is a great situation, because 95% of the public lose, except Airlines, Shops in the Airport Terminals, and of course Airports.

Shops in Airports will now increase the price of drinks, because its your only option before you go on the plane.

Airlines like Easyjet etc will charge more money for inflight drinks etc.

Other Airlines will increase ticket prices to cover their "meal" costs.

Airport managers profit because their % of the takins increase.

and finally the general public is happy because they not only get to empty their wallets directly into the cash drawer, but anything left can easily and quickly be scouted by an opportunist criminal who with his amazing power (unless he is blind) of sight, can quickly and easily eye your belongings in the clear plastic bag :D

Easyjet are a no frills airline, they do not provide food/drink

If i were a terroist - Which i'm not - My plan would have been to make the police aware of plans to blow up aircraft, thus cramming the airports with loads of people ("at Stansted more than 2,000 people are queuing to pass through customs" - BBC), then blow myself up in the queue, it would have been far more effective. No?

You would have to have a LOT of explosives to hurt people. Remember, all those people packed together, that means more death right? Nope, those people are acting like "sheilds". So for someone to not look suspicious they can't be carrying a lot of explosives which means not as big of a blast which means not as much death which means you need a ****load of terrorists to make an impact.

No, the plane plan was the big thing. Something not done before = shock. Terrorists like shocking people.

A few people carring their 'family' sized suitcases filled with that nitromethanol they showed on the BBC yesterday combined with some small BB's would prove quite effective in a crowd I would have thought.

Also, plane hijackings are something that has happened numerous times, it is not something new.

BB's? Human shields? You think a BB being shot through the air from an explosion is going to rip through say more than one or two human beings? No. Densley packed would make a hurting, but not even close to a hundred people.

Plane highjackings new? Nope. Multiple planes being blow to smitherines in the middle of the ocean or in british or american airspace on the same day...

New, no?

If I were a terrorist I'd put nerve gas up my crack, stand in the middle of a public place and fart.

But seriously, I wouldn't post such serious things... this is LOMCN after all - us GoTers are not capable of meaningful conversation. We're just peons in a much bigger plan.

EDIT: Hi Ruben! =D that was a cool chat last night (Y)

I like how you make it your mission to prove to the last possible detail how everyone else wrong.

I know that you would'nt make as many casualties, but it would be 10x easier.

You asked a question, I answered it, not stop having your little pity party. Just because you have no commitment or dedication doesn't mean you have to go whining.

Is it really hard to poison the water-suply? o.O - I've always had this weird feeling when I open a tap, have to trust the other end that they're providing clean water.
