there exacly the same things, well loads of ppl have said they are, just u can reload the qmanage from ingame

im running 2.3 btw and i dno if works yet ima put in q function and test it whn i have rest of my npcs fixed

Qmanage runs when you log on, not when your ingame, so i beleive any ways.

QFuction and Qmanage arent the same thing. You can various different things with both.
