Microsoft .NET Framework Patch Error

Hello,

So ever since the reboot, my Microsoft .NET Framework is refusing to patch 2.0.4 and is stuck on "PatchList downloaded, Creating list of changes for download..."

I'm currently running .NET framework ver.4.5.1 - I also just repaired it to see if it would make any difference.
Here is a screen cap of the error.

Tried all the suggested solutions - still not working, which is why I made a post.

Re install .NET

The problem is with .NET

and as always make sure you are running as admin

Eventually I had to go directly to the ftp site and download the newest files manually before the patcher started working without the .NET Framework error.
