trying to import my minimaps into a new wil files wit gadgets image veiwer so i import it and go to look at it and its all messed up

the pic i import is 25% of its original size and saved as 256 colors whats wrong?

and dont tell me to search cause i have

minimaps are hard to put on ur personal maps its obiusly 25% of the size due to it has to fit ina small box i dont really no much about this tho ....

have u added them 2 ur minimap.txt? U add them jst like u add items but in the txt file.
