mir chronicles server authentication failed

Hi,GM. i am having a trouble with while playing the game. i got a forzen screen in 5 mins after i log in to the game, and after i click out and it showed an error"server authentication failed" of this. it never happen to me. it been like this for a week. please help and solve my problem .

The game was updated on Thursday 5th of February. You need to run the patcher every time there is an update so that your client has all of the appropriate files.

(Hope this is relevant).

If you are able to get in game and play for 5 minutes, it sounds like your client might be disconnecting (Server Authentication Failure can imply that your client has lost its session with the server).

Would you be able to provide me with the result of a ping to www.mirchronicles.com?
What country are you connecting from?
Are you able to tunnel through via a VPN (virtual private network), I believe WTFast is a provider that many people use on here.

I am currently live in the United States. i had no issue at all before. and i did launch the patch and enter the game. and still the same.
