i kno us users have too follow guidelines and rules, but do mods have guidelines too follow also?

5. NO FLAMING, prejudices, and persecutions towards anyone! However you free to discuss applications, releases, developments, or whatever MIR topic crosses your mind within reason. If you fail to comply to these rules you MAY be given a slap on the wrist, however if you repeat the offence you will be public warned and perhaps even banned

so do MODs have too follow these rules also???
