first of all, it's too unfocused. looks like i made it on a phone with a VGA cam and printed it on A3 paper lol. u stretched out the characters too much, the drops are un-needed and that font is gay.

also use mir3 pics instead of mir2 ones they look alot better ^^

5/10 i hate those rain drops ¬¬

2. Go to www.adobe.com or somewhere to download Photoshop
3. DL the crack for full photoshop.
4. Come back for help

PSP is a sup'd up MSPaint.
