Need Help seting up a PHPBB Forum.

The only thing I can offer with this, is a phpBB board setup by me =/. Of course the domain would be www.rifca.com/whatever.

Its simple, have you setup are MySQL Database & User for phpBB? If so goto the config file in the phpbb folder, and enter the username and password for the mysql database. Then run urdomain.com/phpbb/install/install.php and follow the simple instructions

what what i dont under stand whats mysql? how i set it up?

you will need to order a linux web hosting plan which has apache+php+mysql.
places like dreamhost, godaddy, netfirm, etc they offer the above plan.
you don't want to setup your own at home.. unless you know how to manage them. (from your questions that's a no)
