need help

Hi,
I've jsut created a server and everything is all peachey up untill i try to creator a character it comes up "Error=4"
if someone knows what im doing wrong pls explain to me in lamens terms (not very bright :P)

i looked last night but couldnt see ill check again.

i had the same problem when i tried with my server. wot i did was delete everythin in the iddb folder and the fdb folder then i used leo crashers remote server admin, and it seemed to make it work.

iddb? fdb? makes no sense liek i said "i aint bright :P"
care to explain in a step by step :P use pics if possible lol

try deleting Mir.DB.idx in C:\Mirserver\mud2\DBSrv200\FDB and Id.DB.idx in C:\Mirserver\mud2\Logsrv\IdDB

THIS IS ONLY IF UR SERVER IS IN C:\MIRSERVER (IF NOT THEN GO TO UR SERV AND U WILL FIND MUD2)

yer i deleted them files and made shour all my sever names were the same should work m8

if ur unable to search the forum, and find files, then goodluck running a server, u gotta be able to think to run one.
