Siggy making actually involves some skill. Skill which you lack tbh. Sigs shouldn't be wallpapers, image and a font. It should be a background. i make my own, not copy and paste some1 elses.

reason why im saying this is because its not even a good sig. the text brushes look messy and out of place. the Scriptina font looks pants with "shipmateim" text, and the border doesn't look that good.
