(Not Important) - Mob Walk Speed / Mob Damages

GangSpiders / Lure Spiders etc all walk too fast.
BlackMaggots do too much damage
BlackBoars / RedBoars walk too fast + do too much damage

I'll update this with anymore mobs which need adjusting
