I have everything done, SQL Databases, ODBC configured, Gates set ... in short, I have everything up here. But when I open the gates I get this error.

In addition I would like to know, How do I create GM account?
How do I change my picture on the cover where you get the login and password? and How do I put maps mapping Job?

at your problem :
go to \Envir\MapInfo.txt open the file and check if you have all the Map file that is list in this file. If you have a Map listed and not the map in your \Map folder then you get the Error like the Picture.

your error means your missing maps in the server map folder
