From my battle to our war, MMORPG MIR4
Greetings, This is MIR4.
A recent increase of fraudulent transactions of accounts and items through the unauthorized website was brought to our Customer Center, acting as a trade agent luring our users with cheap cost, in-game trade and accounts with certain items.
It is unfortunate but impossible for us to recover the damages that you had by using these fraudulent trade platforms. Please be cautious of those trades held in unauthorized websites since MIR4 does not help recover any fraud damages suffered from individual trades.
We ask earnestly to our players that there is always a risk with trade methods that offer items and accounts with low prices or ask for account details.
MIR4 does not sell in-game assets in any other methods than in-game UI Shop and official payment platforms (Google/iOS/Xsolla/Steam/Mycard/Galaxy Store).
Therefore, we make it clear once again that restoration of damage is not possible in any way for the users that used payment platforms not supported by WEMADE.
※ Do not try to purchase assets through unauthorized platforms that WEMADE does not support in any cases, and enjoy MIR4 while abiding by our Operation Policy.
