Npc Scripter For Emulator

k, i read the post over in the help section and it seems to me that mir 1.9, has alot of extra commands, if anyone could give me info as to where i can obtain what each of the new commands does, ill put an npc scripter together for the new files, Solitude, is also a member of the team, and he would be in on the creation of it im sure.

dont flame coz scripters exist for the old commands, i know what sum ppl on lomcn r like, thats y i left mir for a year.
