Permanent Revlation is a hex, unless you have ledu client.
To enable perma-rev for non-ledu client, download a hex editor (such as This one).
Install and run the Hex editor, open the client exe you're using and search for the following:
Replace that with this:
And then copy that file into your .../Mir200 directory and rename it to mir.dat (delete the old one first or move it somewhere else so you can rename).

To save all the hexing hassle, just get Ledu client set up by actually reading a sticky and scrolling a tenth of the way down the page: The one thread you will ever need!
