DragonsRage no longer double taps, instead its damage will grow each time it lands on the same target

SlashingBurst no longer reduces its cooldown per level
SlashingBurst base CD lowered from 14 seconds to 10 seconds

ToxicPoison Bags will now apply the correct duration/damage value poisoning as if it was from a green bag.

Pot Tick Regen increases by +1 every 6 levels instead of 10 levels
