u no how u make borders with the 5 pixels 3 pixels 2 pixels well wen i use maguc wand to delete the white line it doesnt delete it at all and on the first piece i made it does delete the while line just wondering whats gone wrong

It could be that you aren't clicking on the right layer, on the right line, or it could just be the simple fact that you didn't create a new layer at all for you're border. Try zooming right in when deleting the line, and make sure you do either have the correct layer selected or have made a new layer.
