It is very usefull carry the poisons and amulets in belt, but when you use them by clicking the corresponding number, do not refill with the ones you have in your bag, as its happening with the other HP and MP potions.

Could the amulets and poison auto fill in the belt?

Easy =/= quality of life. It's easy to press I and use it. It's just a pointless extra use of time for no gameplay benefit. It doesn't improve the game having it this way, so why the resistance to improving it?
