Just been testing cooldowns on poisoncloud whilst levelling it, here is what I thought they were..
level 0: 18 seconds
level 1: 16 seconds
level 2: 14 seconds
level 3: 12 seconds
I've timed the level 0 cooldown at 14.5 seconds, this is using a timer that starts as soon as I press my F1 key and take my finger off which is when I see the action of the spell for the second time. When it's level 1 i'll post back.

Level 1: 14.5 seconds cooldown still but now the cloud itself lasts for 7.5 seconds instead of 5.
