Halo is 1 of the only good xbox originals that i like, as for PS3 does anyone know what the price is going to be ?
tbh it doesnt matter how many games the xbox has, i like most of them and when it comes to the ps2 (and i have one) i cant find a single game decent game on the ps2 that isnt on the xbox (and the gfx are better on the xbox so pointless getting them on the ps2).

All those games blow away anything the xbox can do in the same genre
Xbox has one thing going for it Halo and for what ive seen alot of people seem to think they screwed up a bit with Halo 2
Once Sony contuine to dominate with 3rd party support then they'll contuine to be the top Graphics mean nothing hell the gamecube has better graphics you dont see that outselling the ps2 lol
And Hate games mean everything at the end of the day... If a system dont have games it aint gonna sell another reason why playstation does so well it has a constant supply of games weither you find they crap or not

As old as this is, some of you ought to look up the rumoured R520 specs.
The neXtbox (or Xbox 360) will be powered by a R520-class GPU, and the R520 itself is scheduled for release later this year. Meanwhile, seen as nVidia will be making the PS3's graphics GPU, they will not want to be out-gunned by ATI. I suspect we'll see nVidia's R520-equivalent shortly after the R520 surfaces.
That leaves an interesting dilema. The PS3 will have CPU & GPU power in extreme excess, if the current figures are anywhere close to being right. The neXtbox will be the same. So the only real fighting ground is the most clear-cut one. Software. And to win that fight, you need the side of the main asian publishers (Square-Enix, etc), because as the Xbox has shown, being all-conquering in North America doesn't mean ****, because Asia is a whole lot bigger.

Square is a bit pissed at Sony over them dropping support for the hard drive on the ps2, be intresting to see Microsoft nabbing them

And the only reason PS2 has it's library is because Sony had publisher's support long before Xbox ever came on the scene. N64 was hated by developers, hence why PS1 got all the crazy titles. You can see it today, except for the few and far between like RE4, Nintendo makes most of the good gamecube games, if you can call them good.
Actually i think if Square-Enix were to go anywhere it would be Microsoft because its curent generation of concole already has internet access where the gamecube has no internnet capabilities, obviously there next gen console will have it (if they have any hope in claiming some ground ) but square are more likely to go for the more experienced in internet access because they could re-release FFXI which brings in massive income due to so many servers and im sure FFXI wont be the only online game they produce. Well thats my theory. How good would FFVII be on xbox. Drools

2. unproperly designed aside from the size, its an attractive console with colour and incorporares the "X" on the console.
3. Some people moan about the controller. Its the most compfy controller i have ever held, it fits snugly into your hand (unless you have Umpa Lumpa hands) and it doesnt cramp your hand or make them get as sweaty because your fingers are spaced out.
4. The graphics are better than the ps2. Fact.
So how people can say the ps2 is better then the xbox is beyond me. Im not saying the xbox is the best as how the hell would i know im not a certified computing or design technician but the fact is i "Prefer" the xbox for the reasons i have stated. I say look at HolyCows post dont make un-educated opinions. Everyone is entitled to theres but dont go critiscising peoples.
