Problems (Please Read A.S.A.P)

Problem is I get too the notice click OK and then NOTHING black screen, zilch !!!!!

Make sure all the Files are changed. Sounds like ur trying 2 run it from somewhere its not meant 2.

Also, is ur m2server showing anything different when u try and log on?

Sorry didnt under stand you very well there.... All my files are in my C: drive and
when I use my Starter program, each program boots correctly and the server is connected....

What do you mean by "Make sure the files have been changed"

hmm, Right
If all the files are correct (C:\Mirserver) then the only over thing i can think of is:
Is Dbc (Db Commander) correctly installed?
Have you set-up the Hero.Db in DB-Admin?
Are the Db's in the correctm place?

Databases are in the correct place or it wouldnt load
Hero.DB is done right or server wouldnt load
DB commander is installed correctly or it wouldnt load

The problem is an IP one, you need to go through all ur files and make sure the IP is correct, even if u used a server launcher it can sometimes screw up. Make sure none of the files are read only as well.

i had this problem too, when i selected a char, got black screen. i turned my norton firewall off (as mentioned by some guy on the forums) and it worked for me.

or u hav firewalll on or maybe sum ips r not the same.
try using the serverlauncher .....

I do, Im gonna try uninstalling Mcafee now and reinstalling it, it might help !

its just one of your IPs that is wrong
most of the server starters i used ages ago seemed to miss 1 or 2 IPs and stoped server from fully loading

just go through the .txt files 1 by 1 and change the IPs yourself its easy
tbh using a server starter is just lazy and nomally causes more trouble then its worth
