Well you people been giving smila 8/9/10 out of 10 for following a tutorial and he even won a signature of the week from a tutorial .... that disorted wave thing.

Tips - if you radial blur - zoom it , will look better imo.

i actually didnt... wot i did was i was messin about with different filters and render etc etc and i can up with wot won the comp ¬.¬

If you say so, but if you go to www.good-tutorials.com type waves and just the last step you press "random" it randomises the waves. But i still think it looks like sperm cells =/
