Sabukwall showing old wardates

Hi im after a bit of help please in my sabukwar date file it is showing old dates and i have tried removeing these from the file and saving but they reappear. i have also tried rebooting the server after i have made these changes but still reloads them. some guilds are missing sw wars when relic submited and war dosnt start.

i have found if you try removing them saving when the server is running it will reappear try closing it all down opening the txt doc del it then save then launch the server
